In Septermber 2016, I was hired to engage with Minute Maid’s fan across their social media channels. During campaign periods, I formulated campaign specific social response guidelines to maintain a consistent brand presence across social channels. Additionally, I identified candidates, executed and fulfilled Surprise & Delight initiatives.
During my tenure, I garnered over 26.6 million impressions and over 76,000 video views as aresult of Minute Maid’s first Facebook Live event with Olympic gold medalist Missy Franklin. I increased Minute Maid’s engagement to 5,000, resulting in an earned value rate of $1,400.
