What are your payment terms?

For large scale design projects over $800, there is a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your spot. The remaining deposit will due upon final design approvals. Once the final payment is made, the final designs will be delivered and/or website will launch.

For small scale design, digital and creative services, a full deposit is required at the start of the project.

 

How soon can I get started?

It depends on your project. First you will need to fill out the project inquiry form and I'll follow up to ensure we are a good fit. I take on limited projects each month in order not to compromise the quality of each project.

 

How will we communicate during the project?

E-mail and Asana, my project management tool of choice. Email will be our initial form of communication and once we've kicked off the project, we'll move to Asana. If you haven't used Asana before, no worries! I'll provide a tutorial on how to set your profile.

 

I would like to start the Ultimate Branding Bundle or Website Design bundle. What do I need to have to get started?

First, purchase your domain name through Squarespace. That is the platform of choice I will be using for your website.

Second, quality written and visual content are incredibly important to build a quality website. For your written content, create a word document or Google doc with all of your website's text. Please make sure all the text is error free. I'll have you submit your visual content for review. If you do not have visual content, I have recommended vendors you can contact to get your imagery in place.
 

Do you have office hours?

Certainly. My office hours are Tuesday - Thursday from 10am-4pm EST. Closed on Weekends and Holidays including my birthday weekend ;)

Please allow 24-48 hours to respond to inquiries.

 

What is the turnaround time for a project?

Many factors determine the timeline of the project but most projects can take 3-12 weeks. We will discuss your personal deadlines and how I can accommodate your goals. Also once we begin the project, consider you and I partners. There will be homework assignments and feedback that will need to be completed on your end to ensure we stay on track.

 

Do you manage the printing process?

I do not but I can. ;) I make sure all your print delivarables are formatted to be submitted to your printer without error. If you would like me to manage the printing process, I can take care of it for a small additional fee.

 

What if I want to cancel in the middle of the project?

That would certainly make me sad and would love to work with you to see if we continue to move forward. However, if we cannot come to an agreement, I will review the work completed thus far and you will be invoiced at my hourly rate of $97.

Process

Consult

All projects begin with a consultation. I want to hear all about your brand and your brand’s why. We’ll also chat about your vision and brand needs. I’ll recommend packages that fit your needs. If we’re a great fit, we will start the project confirmation process.

Confirm

I will send an invoice and detailed services agreement that will list the scope of work and project expectations + timeline. Once the nonrefundable deposit is received and the contract is signed, we will get the project started.

 

Create

We will kick off the project with client homework to complete. Based on your answers, I will start the creation process and will share the first round of the project components for review. You will provide feedback and I will revise until the project is perfect.

 

Conquer

Once the final invoice is paid, you will receive the final files. Then you are ready to conquer the world with your refined strategy, design and content.
